Cordery Build Limited have been delivering high quality project for our clients since 1994.

The projects we have undertaken include fitting out and refurbishing retail outlets, new build of flats and houses and refurbishment works.

Project values vary between £20,000.00 and £1.5m for clients including blue chip companies, privately owned companies and individuals.

We have a strong management team who are focused on delivering the projects we undertake on time and with a minimum of snags (usually zero snags).

We are based in our office in Surrey where our Managing Director heads a team comprising Contracts Managers, Quantity Surveyors/Estimators, a buyer and our accounts and administration teams.

A number of our clients return with repeat business which is testament to the standard of our workmanship and management.

As well as the traditional construction and shopfitting work we undertake we can offer a turnkey operation including design and approvals.

We employ 7 full time joiners and 18 other full time site operatives. Other work is sub-contracted to companies we use on a regular basis.

Cordery Build Limited also own CBL Joinery in Devon where we manufacture the joinery products used on our projects.
