Cordery Build have recently completed 10 EDI refits for Pizza Hut over 3 week periods of night work. We have also carried out HSR refits to numerous delivery stores over a 4 day period. Sites have included:

Evans Cycles

Since the end of 2005 Cordery Build have completed 13 new stores and refitted 1 of Evans Cycles existing stores. The contracts have been generally in the region of 5 weeks in duration from stripping out to completion. Sites have included:

TGI Fridays

We were engaged by our client to fit out the former ticket hall at Fulham Broadway Station and transform it into a stunning restaurant. The works, valued at £500,000.00, were completed in just 12 weeks and incorporated large quantities of joinery from our workshop in Devon.

Orthodontic Surgeries

Cordery Build have completed Orthodontic surgeries throughout the UK, 12 for Orthoworld and various independent practices:

Building Contracts

Cordery Build has its on in house building arm which has carried out various projects of new build houses and flats, extensions and roof top buildings.
Projects have included:

Bicton Croft development, Surrey

This project was a major refurbishment of a country manor together with a large new build extension. All 13 units were completed to a high standard of specification and workmanship for a client whom we have currently completed three projects for. Contract value £1,790,000.00.

Upper Queen Street, Godalming

 Demolition of the existing property and building of 8 flats on the land.

Kirkman House, London   

In the heart of London, with delivery and storage restrictions, we completed the construction of a ‘roof top’ extension, adding a floor to the roof of an office building and creating a stunning penthouse apartment. Contract value £225,000.00

Hydon End, Hambledon, Surrey

 Extensive work within a large residential property, including damproofing works and specialist sound installation.

Eagle Court Special Educational Needs School,  Mitcham

Complete refurbishment of the school, including damproofing, drainage, special security and the relaying of the playground and carpark.
