As a combined Shopfitting and Building company, encompassing our own in house joinery facility we are able to provide the full package for our clients.

With an annual turnover of between 6 -10m with repeat and one off customers we constantly prove ourselves in a difficult and competitive sector.

Cordery Build can offer a full design and build package bespoke to our clients requirements, from initial design through planning applications and final completion of the project, taking the worry and stress out of the clients hands.

We pride ourselves in a high quality finish on time and within budget.

From new build flats and houses to High Street fit outs and major roll out programmes to work in private houses, Cordery Build can provide the whole package – size of contract is less important than having the confidence in providing the skills to offer cost efficient and managed solutions to our clients objectives.

All trades are directly employed by Cordery Build to ensure they are available as and when the projects require.
